You must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction. Provide accurate and complete registration information.

You are responsible for your account credentials and for all activities occurring under your account.

Do not use PromoChat for illegal, harmful, fraudulent or unauthorized purposes. Follow our community and usage guidelines.

Paid features may require a subscription. Billing cycles, renewals, fees, taxes and cancellation terms are shown at purchase.

Use AI and calling services in compliance with applicable laws, consent requirements and regional regulations.

You retain ownership of your content and grant a limited license needed to provide and improve the services.

Connected third-party services are governed by their own terms. PromoChat is not responsible for those services.

Accounts may be suspended or terminated for violations, harmful activity or other legitimate reasons.

PromoChat is provided as is. Liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

Material changes may be announced by email or in-product notice. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance where lawful.
