This policy explains how plan cancellations, refunds, credits and billing adjustments work at PromoChat.

You may cancel from account settings. Cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

Eligibility depends on plan type, purchase date, usage and applicable law. Each request is reviewed fairly.

Usage charges, fulfilled third-party services and credits already applied may be non-refundable where lawful.

Eligible adjustments may be issued as non-withdrawable PromoChat wallet credits for future services.

Report failed or duplicate charges so our billing team can investigate and issue an eligible refund or credit.

Contact billing support before initiating a chargeback so concerns can be resolved directly.

Complimentary credits are non-refundable, non-transferable and may expire after the stated evaluation period.
